One-on-One Journey into Deep Relaxation
There are many apps that offer general meditation and relaxation to the listener. Yet, they are not very personal. Unlike my group classes, in these sessions you will have my undivided attention as we look at what your specific stressors are and then design a deep relaxation experience that is unique to your needs and goals. You will unplug from the noise in your mind, the tension in your body, and slow down from the dizzying pace of life.
I guide you through the experience while you listen, relax, and follow along. You can expect to leave this session feeling nurtured, and in a state of deep calm and relaxation. Journeys are one of my signature services and I absolutely love leading them!

- Centered Breathing practices
You can try an individual session or work with me over multiple sessions to help deepen your skill and practice.
Each session is an hour and are now available both on-line or in person. Packages are available, too.
