What is coaching?
Coaching is a client-centered program that offers individualized support, self-reflective discussions, and accountability to empower you to lead a happier, more fulfilling life. I am a partner on your journey to encourage you, support you, and cheer you on as you take new steps toward achieving your goals and dreams.
As a certified professional coach, I ask you focused, direct questions designed to create self-awareness, and change attitudes, beliefs, and perceptions that get in the way of you achieving your goals. Coaching allows you to see new perspectives, and new choices that support you in living your life more fully!
Coaching is not consulting, mentoring, or therapy. Our job is not to give you advice. Our job is to listen to you and support you in finding your own truths and your own answers and actions to take. It is also not about fixing you or healing the past. As a coach, I believe in you and that have everything you need to move forward in your life.
What makes me unique as a coach?
Just as the mind contains knowledge, the body contains wisdom to help guide us forward. I integrate intuition and body awareness skills into the coaching session. I draw from over 30 years’ experience as a massage therapist and facilitator of healing.

How long are coaching sessions and how many sessions?
Typically, coaching sessions last between forty-five minutes to an hour. A client usually starts with a four-session package, either weekly or bi-weekly. Other options are available, depending upon the nature of the need and intention behind seeking coaching.
