Online Classes and Services:
Many of us are stressed out and overwhelmed by the demands of life, work, family, as well as expectations to be constantly plugged into technology and social media. It can be quite draining, addictive, and distracting.
Sometimes, we just need to stop and unplug. I creatively use online classes and services to help you decrease anxiety, slow down, and create deep relaxation, calm, and peace of mind.
Teaching and leading individuals and groups is very natural for me. Through my many years of experience, I have developed a warm and accessible teaching style that is light, informative, and responsive to the needs of individuals and groups. I offer one-on-one sessions as well as group classes that are customized and designed to give you that personal attention to specifically help you realize your goals for de-stressing and relaxation. Journey into Deep Relaxation™
In these sessions, we will slow down, unplug from the noise in our minds, the tension in our bodies, and the fast pace of life. I call them journeys because I guide you through a journey where you don’t have to do anything except listen, breathe, and follow along. The result is a state of deep calm and relaxation. These are my signature classes and I absolutely love leading them!
Techniques used include:

I teach bi-weekly journeys, as well as offering these services to groups, organizations, and companies to support the wellness of your team or group.
One-on-One
Journey into Deep Relaxation™
There are many apps that offer general meditation and relaxation to the listener. Yet, they are not very personal. Unlike my group classes, in these sessions you will have my undivided attention as we look at what your specific stressors are and then design a deep relaxation experience that is unique to your needs and goals. I guide you through the experience while you listen, relax, and follow along. You can expect to leave this session feeling nurtured, deeply relaxed and with a calmer mind.
You can try an individual session or work with me over multiple sessions to help deepen your skill and practice. Packages are available.
Couples Massage Classes
Couples massage classes are a fun, unique way to learn massage skills to help each other relax and build greater intimacy and connection with your partner or spouse (actually, any two people can attend a class). In these classes, you will learn massage techniques and strokes designed to release knots and tension to help you get to a more relaxed, calm state. The great thing is that you can learn without leaving the comfort of your home.
In a class, I will share techniques, watch you practice, give feedback, and support you in gaining confidence so you will feel more comfortable practicing with each other at home! Each partner will have the opportunity to both give and receive massage. In addition, you get to choose where you want the focus to be. Popular areas include the back, neck and shoulders, and the legs and feet.
Mindfulness & Meditation
Sessions
Have you ever wanted to learn to meditate yet thought that it would be too difficult or complicated for you? Have you been concerned that your mind would be too active to be able to focus, relax, or sit still? Now you can learn to meditate in a simple way where you will be guided and supported to learn in a way that makes it more accessible for you.
I know what it is like to have an active mind, and so, I have cultivated a mindfulness meditation practice that takes me to a place of greater centeredness, calm, and peace.
Having an experienced guide can make things a lot easier! I have meditated for over thirty years. I have used many different tools and techniques to help relax my body, calm my mind, and center myself. I enjoy teaching and sharing this learning with people. I know I can assist you in simplifying and demystifying what meditation is and to help make it a more personalized and enjoyable practice for you.
Each session is an hour. In our sessions we will explore mindfulness techniques together as a group. Techniques include:

- Focusing on being present in the body
- Focusing on self-awareness
- Learning to observe one’s mind rather than reacting to it/getting caught up in overthinking or obsessing.

I know I can assist you in simplifying and demystifying what meditation is and to help make it a more personalized and enjoyable practice for you. I work with you to specifically identify what gets in the way of the practice and assist you in going beyond those blocks into a deeper and more relaxed place.
Each session is an hour. In our sessions we will explore mindfulness techniques that include:
