For over thirty years, I have been offering guided relaxation classes and sessions to help people shift from anxiety and stress into a more relaxed state of mind and being. My participants tell me that, after my classes, they feel totally relaxed and in a much different space from when the class first started (and many come back regularly)! They also want to bring this sense of well-being into their daily lives. So, I wanted to create a way to answer this need and also extend the relaxation and stress reduction I offer in my classes to anyone who is looking for ways to slow down and take a break from the stress and the fast pace of life.
